Satellite Office
One feature unique to M5 is the "Satellite Office." Satellite users can connect to their office phone system from remote locations as virtual extensions. Users receive and place calls (internal and external) as if they were working at their office desk. Whether it's an owner working from home on a Friday afternoon, or a regional salesperson working in another state, the "Satellite Office" provides flexibility and cost savings not available with traditional phone systems.
Multiple Locations Networked
M5 treats multiple locations as one office. Internal calling between locations is free and utilises four-digit dialling to extensions. One receptionist can answer calls for all locations, and elegant billing solutions can divide charges as you wish (e.g. by location or rolled up into one).
Easy, On-the-Fly Conference Calling
With M5, on-the-fly conference calls are easy and free using a shared conference bridge that allows calls from 2 to 100 participants to be conferenced.
Direct-Dial Numbers and No Busy Signals
M5 provides all staff with direct-dial numbers at no extra charge. M5's efficient bandwidth use means staff never wait for an outside line or a free voicemail port.
